ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery.
RETURNS
Eligible item(s) may be returned for Store Credit only. Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a store refund anymore.
We sell intimate items, thus to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For sanitary reasons, it must also be in the original packaging unopened.
We will only accept returns if they are in a saleable condition with unbroken seals and packaging.
To complete your return, we require your purchase order, Name, mailing address and the purchase date.
SHIPPING
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to us before receiving the instructions of our support service.
Simply email us at: support@dermaskinbeauty.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). Our after sales Services will advise you the steps you need to follow to send us back the item (s).

REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a Store credit will be issued.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if applicable)
We will replace the purchased item(s), if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item(s) to: support@dermaskinbeauty.com within 48 hours after delivery for review.
RESULTS GUARANTEE
